All Covid Restrictions has been removed in NCT of Delhi by DDMA.
DDMA issued the notification dt.26.02.2022 regarding this, the decision taken in the meeting held on 25.2.2022 under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Lt. Governor on the basis of occupancy of covid beds in hospitals and on basis of vastly improvement in covid situation. All restrictions will be violated w.e.f 28th February 00.00hrs.
However, wearing of masks, maintaining of social distancing, and hand hygiene shall be continue at all places.

The Lieutenant Governor of National Territory of Delhi issued the circular for the declared gazette holidays of all Government Offices like (PF, ESIC , Labour Dept.) which comes under NCT for the year 2022.
List of additional holidays except than gazette holidays for employees in which from they can opt 2 holidays according to them.
ITR Filing deadline extended to 31, December 2021
The Government extended the deadline to file Income tax return (ITR) for financial year 2021-2022 for most individual from the earlier deadline of 30th September 2021 to 31st December 2021.

Haryana Labor Welfare Board published the notification regarding the Financial Assistance and Funeral Expenses and other dependents benefit schemes in which providing Rs 2, 15,000 to the dependant and Widow of the deceased Employee.
It is applicable to the registered employee in the commercial or industrial establishment in Haryana who died due to any reason of death included Covid-19.

INTER-STATE MIGRANT WORKER ACT, 1979
As per the circular of Labour Department, Govt. of Delhi on dated 14-05-2021.
All the Principal employers employing the workers through outsourcing are required to mandatory registration with the Labour Department through the e-district portal of Govt of Delhi.
(ISMW) The Inter-State Migrant Workmen Act, 1979 is applicable to every establishment in which five or more Inter-State workmen are employed.
THE CODE ON SOCIAL SECURITY ACT, 2020
Section 142 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 has been made applicable w.e.f 03-05-2021.
There
are many sub-sections that have been included for the registration of all the
employees, organized or non-organized workers in any sector or field. It will
help to create a database of all on the Government portal to make them benefit
from all social security benefits under Government law and Acts.
Now, Aadhar has been made mandatory to avail benefits under all the social security schemes.
AMENDMENT IN FINANCE BILL, 2021
Amendment in Finance Bill, 2021 is
approved and Gazette was published on dated 28-03-2021.
The provisions of Finance Bill,
2021 relating to direct taxes amended the Income-tax Act, 1961. The amendment
in Section 36 and 43B of Income Tax Act, 1961 leads that if any Employer Pay
the Contribution Challan of PF, ESIC, LWF etc. after Due date. In this case,
The Employer will not be eligible to book the paid amount in Business Expenses.
The amendment in clause (11) and
Clause (12) under Section 10 of Income Tax Act, 1961. Tax will be counted on PF
Interest if Employee PF contribution is deposited exceeding Rupees Five Lakh
only.
It will definitely affect the Employee contributing VPF above Five lakh Rupees.

BUILDING AND OTHER CONSTRUCTIONS WORKERS ACT, 1996
The Delhi government declared to give medical assistance of Rs 10,000/- to the construction worker and their family member if found positive with the Covid-19 disease.
It will be disbursed at the rate of Rs.5,000/- ,
subject to a maximum of Rs.10,000/- per family. The process to claim this
disbursal is fair and simple, a member of the family would have to produce an
RT-PCR report, which will then be verified through the ICMR portal.
